Cucina Cinzia was created to bring the soul of Tuscan cooking to you.

Cinzia's family has been Florentine since there were the Medicis. The sun, the flora and fauna, the terroir and the food, are quite literally in her blood. Not only does she bring delicious flavours and dishes to the table, she brings a deep understanding of the Tuscan traditions, and a love for sharing them.

Cucina Cinzia was a supperclub in London for several years - now Cinzia is cooking back home in Tuscany. She is available for catering in your villa or other accommodation - or you can book a dinner that she will host in her home in Florence! The food is amazing and you get the stories that go with it! Cinzia may not be able to tell long stories in english, but she has an amazing ability to communicate and a fantastic meal is assured.

Cooking lessons
Cinzia is also available to teach cooking lessons, in italian or with a translator. Learn from the master! Choose from "aperitivi" starters, fresh pasta, or full meals.
